Customer Success Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced customer success manager passionate about customer success and working with different cultures to take our international clients, particularly U.S – based clients to the next level!
This is a full time position from our offices in Herzliya.
Day to day:
- Be the main point of contact for your clients.
- Assist clients with building successful advertising and marketing strategies and help them achieve their goals.
- Onboarding clients and teaching them how to use the platform.
- Advocate for your clients internally and anticipate their needs and requirements.
- Get on calls with clients according to their subscription and needs (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly)
- Maintain a high level of product proficiency to guide clients on the best uses of our product. Fully understand the features and limitations of the AdScale array of products and provide innovative and creative solutions even when clients haven’t asked for them.
- Consider ways to increase revenue and retention by talking to clients and collecting feedback, as well as talking to the sales team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years’ experience in sales/customer success or a similar role.
- A people person with superb communication skills.
- Passion for the advertising world.
- Native level English – MUST.
- Highly responsible and independent.
- Experience working with international clients – an advantage
- Business Oriented.
- Willingness to work US hours a few times a week.
- Technical / systems background.
- Advertising background – a huge advantage.
